The organization is quite congenial and I have a very good holistic experience. Trainings, sessions and seminars are conducted for employees for learning purpose. Rewards are given for performing ancillary work. Another plus point is infrastructure, one can easily modify themselves in the environment.

Dislikes

I believe that drawbacks are more. Firstly, penalties are imposed which demotivates employees. Secondly, salaries are delayed for 15-20 days which results in discouragement. Thirdly, nepotism and groupism is present which disturbs the whole atmosphere of the office. No additional facilities are provided. Yearly appraisals are not continually given.
