Salary structure is not good & some people interfere a lot in others personal life. They always want to know what is going in someone’s life.

Only good thing is that your salary comes before 7 or 8th of month.

Poor work culture, Politics, Blame game, no appreciation for hard working employees, they don't pay you overtime within time, poor food facilities and most importantly they even change your career i.e. if you are technical student they will put you in quality department which is fair enough for ruining your career. So person can't leave or switch job for his personal career growth. Mastermind of all these is Mr. DSC. They are just like running local beverage plant in name of Coca Cola. They make you work extra outside other than mentioned in your KRA.

There is no sports activities .i think there should be at least one sports activity in a year

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow .I share my problem I have 2 and half year working experience but my salary is not increase its same as per my joining date

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
