Salary Process is worst, salary date 15th of every month by cheque which was of 30k only seriously????? They hold my salary also. Joining & resigning process is too hilarious. Literally they will give you a form to fill which looks like a book. (more than 20 Pages) There Is no job security. No provisional period. They will tell you to do resign, when ever they want. Just because they can't afford the salaries. They don't want to upgrade their working process. In 21st century they are working like 70s- 80s culture. This was the worst company I ever worked in my life. On the time of resignation, it was told me by them that we can't afford that salary of 30K, please write a resignation mail and we will provide you the salary on same day as FNF. I do the same as I was told by them. I resigned. But on the time of salary, they started saying that we didn't receive fund yet. We will call you to bring your cheque as we will have fund. It takes 1 month. After then I didn't have any choice except direct visiting their office. When I visited their office 2 times, First time they just denied to provide cheque by saying "Owner Nahi hai" After few weeks I again visited there, they made me sit in the reception , where other new employees had also come for joining. I had been sitting there for an hour but they didn't give any response except saying "thoda wait karlo sir bula lenge aapko". When it was enough for me to have patience, I speak it loud on floor then they told me to meet Director. I reminded him all things which he told me at the time of resignation that they will provide my salary as I'll give resign. After that long discussion they told me to sign their resignation form (On Hardcopy of more than 15 pages) After 1 hour of whole process they gave my cheque. Such a Cheap company with fake commitments.
