There everything is bad. They can't understand teachers situation. Create pressure on teacher .no wark indipendence . Humiliated teacher in front of students and guardians. No sallary progress. All time enter fair teachers parsonal life and doing PNPC about teachers. Can not respect our mother toung.really terrible experience

Kanchrapara English medium school has one good for nothing principal who's duty is in school hour doing fb and pnpc about her assistant teachers and underestimate their colig infont of students and their guardians and other stuff.You are reminder all time that you have no quality for being a teacher.you don't have any right for teaching your own style.if you capeble to buttering and underestimate for your own then you can join this school..the school has no administration and the founder sir principal ma'am make their own rules which is very bad environment for work.thats why many of teacher leave the school.
