Very worst company. Not advisable to join this company. Doing so the candidate will ruin his career. No work ethics. No appointment order. Just like that they will send employees without any reason. No notice period is payable, that is why they safely not issue appointment order, keeping the candidates in dark.

Dislikes

They will not follow professionalism and they will do what ever they like, without any rules and regulations. No respect for professionals. Very introvert, no proper information on company policies to the candidates, no orientation or induction.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
