No job security. Asks for Gross salary for not to serve notice period. Awkward working hours 10 to 7 Doesn't follow their own rules and policies Forced to work on Sunday without pay Nothing to learn new things No appreciation at all. There is lot more negative things.

I'm joining this company as a team leader after 4months given promotion as a collection manager for my working and challenging accounts resolved, this is next level going on of my roll.

Salary is too low, insensitives not given, low level exicutive was full suffering this salarys, company full pledge using the employees but salary was not incrising and insensitive also.

Worst management and company rules and regulations, main collection thing is worst, incase customer any bounce company first priority collected first bounce charges after collected EMI principal amount, updated this types system, insensitives also not giving employees, siezing charges collected in branch manager not in salary, not future in this company,

I have learned lot of things in KFL. Management was supported to achieve my target. They are helped to improve our in knowledge about vehicles products and Financials. Give responsibility to all employees.

Culture is good. But there is no job securiry no job satisfaction because siniors have no vision to grow. Company is not ready to take even smaller calculative risk for business expansion.
