The environment is very peaceful and quiet good for a fresher. We can learn a lot by working here.

The management is not so good. You won't be getting salary on time. There will be a delay of 1 month atleast.

The only thing about Kamineni group is less work and good pay

Dislikes

There is everything bad one can speak about kamineni group. Salary is never deposited in time. A delay of 5 to 6 months is common. They have been on a termination spree of late without notice and they don't pay you the one month salary in lieu of the notice period. So, there is zero job security. There is an absolute lack of patients in their corporate hospital and you tend to loose your clinical skills over time. The management promotes people who are in their good books but have zero skills. The ones with some seriously excellent skills are left to rot.

There is lot that we can learn and develop our skills. The management and staff are very good. Politics among the internal staff is very high.

Dislikes

...e staff is not good and fair enough. Work life is very high it's like 24/7 type. Salary is delayed almost all the time.

Worstest institute i have never seen mainly obg department is worst thers no respect for doctors at all i have worked for 10 months without any reason they removed from job as someone else joined for less salary and they dint give me experience certificate too and usually salary was not paid on time since 4 months thers no salary for employees

Compare to other jobs it was worthy to know hospital services and experienced in tackling mob attacks and emergencies. Work culture at Kamineni was very good with friendly atmosphere. Company policies were also good with strict rules and regulations being a medical college. Good accommodation was provided with facilities to stay with family.

Dislikes

Dislike to be frank is salaries were not paid in time and some months together.
