If someone are ill , The HOD S ARE NOT GIVING HIM LEAVE They give me continuous night duty I am feel week now , so many times I told my hod , please change my duty shift but they don’t care about me

I being working for the last 6 years the work culture in bides in the way of life with positive thoughts and working a one family members. Job security and sense of belonging is there with efficient work out and careers succession plan in place. Management are there to check and monitor guide toward providing better satisfaction and services to customs and also employees and policies are well placed and followed.
