60+ yrs people are working there, where they have their memory loss. Also some senior's relative get advantage there from 20yrs. Sitting on postion & harras their junior staff.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

I think one of the things employees dislike the most is the lack of context that their employers provide

The good thing about kamal motor is that they have their nots loose that creates a sense of relaxation for the workers working there managers are more open.

The management is the worse they counter their point on the end time so that they don't get to change their decision what so ever...

Kamal Motors is a professional organisation with excellent work ethics and performance based ratings for all types of employees. They are conducting training programs to enhance skill sets of their middle and junior management staff regularly. Excellent company to work with... Though I have left the job to pursue my own dreams, I would definitely like to recommend Kamal Motors.... And wish them grand success.
