Dislikes

Management needs to listen to there staffs problem. They are simply behave like a deaf. The VP is the most pathetic person in this company. Customer satisfaction is the least they bother. Employees are the second least they bother about. No promised incentives nothing!! Hyundai should do something about such dealership

It was great experience to work as HR mgr. Dealing with different types of colleagues, I felt that there was no growth in career and no job security. But I have learnt many things there, beneficial for me.
