Not value your talent. They will put u in any department without consulting you. They don't even think about increment. There are soo many politics going around in the office. I think this is not a company it's like Lala k dukaan. Not a good working environment. They don't provide enough tools or instruments or helpers. Sometimes u have to do work of helping work. The plant Head is sucks His name is Debashish chakrabarty. He is good in technical skills but he is Sucks or dumb in Management skill. Don't go for this company even if you are fresher because they don't teach u a single thing. If u don't believe in me go to linkedln and type Kamal Medtech don't type kamal encon industries both the plant is the same. one half of the plant manufacturing industrial equipment and one-half is manufacturing dental equipment. Talk to employees who are fresher or have some years of experience. Don't talk to management because they r the fake people they need men to work. Due to their poor management skill, everyone wants to resign. During my 5 months of service, I have seen 12 people resign. so better try some other place. Sorry i have to write this in drawback of company .
