Not value your talent. They will put u in any department without consulting you. They don't even think about increment. There are soo many politics going around in the office. I think this is not a company it's like Lala k dukaan. Not a good working environment. They don't provide enough tools or instruments or helpers. Sometimes u have to do work of helping work. The plant Head is sucks His name is Debashish chakrabarty. He is good in technical skills but he is Sucks or dumb in Management skill. Don't go for this company even if you are fresher because they don't teach u a single thing. If u don't believe in me go to linkedln and type Kamal Medtech don't type kamal encon industries both the plant is the same. one half of the plant manufacturing industrial equipment and one-half is manufacturing dental equipment. Talk to employees who are fresher or have some years of experience. Don't talk to management because they r the fake people they need men to work. Due to their poor management skill, everyone wants to resign. During my 5 months of service, I have seen 12 people resign. so better try some other place. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
