No promotion , only salary increment (will look good for short term but not good for long term or during job switch) 90 days notice period is way too much . They should not hold any candidate for more than 30 days

The company has really a good environment and good individual respect. I love the fact that I am a part of a team and I am always happy to be a team member of individual departments in MNC company. The company facilities are very good with current status and this company environment is totally Good.

Every company has some negative points came out during work or after work because there is huge and high pressure given to employee our company also belongs to same circumstances. Growth rate is slow but excellent for trainee.
