...tic company & Hr norms...Fully politics in teams...No value for hard workers'...lots of deductions in pay with unwanted reasons.Yes i do agree rules will be but there should be some extent.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm part of a team. I learned so much from seniors.i also like employee re-hire policy here.Work environment is good and also we have career growth in future.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, the work pressure is very high.Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, no coordination btw colleagues. No respect for BranchHR in a company. Also there is no on-job training for freshers. Only seniors will be trained. Job security is poor.

...icial working days are Monday- Saturday but manager asks to comes on Sunday too. They do not reimburse for expense done for work purposes, such as toll paid to deliver a car in another city They will deduct salary for leaves after making work for all 7 days for straight 5 weeks Manager discriminates because you are an outsider Pay is horrible

You can gain knowledge. On time salary, well discipline office, good hikes, etc.

Dislikes

Timing should be followed strictly. Leave policy is not good. Need to get permission for everything more than a school. 6 days of work in a week. No breaks, HRs, and managers are not good.

The company is good the VP and the managers and the environment of the company.

The hr department is very bad.lack of communication,not responding to the ex employee about the experience letter nor clearing my salary.
