Company culture is very bad, no work life balance at all. You will treated well when there is specific need of you. Lots of additional work load will be bumbarded on you.

To much worst company no training to employees no job gauranty just use and throw without informing us company remove the employee to much bad company no one go to it

I like most in kalyani all staff and our HOD Which motivate and inspired to doing new task . All Payment cycle is accurate and timely . And most important all womans here safe . No work pressure .. I like kalyani ..

Very hectic work in all dept, very low man power, Old staff with bsc holders and engineers with new technology don't match, company canteen facility very poor, HR and medical policy very poor
