Teammates at the work place was very co-operative and friendly locality,as it was a small firm there was no career growth for learners it was good, good learning experience motivation from the seniors there was no salary growth or appraisal as i said it was a small firm but good learning experience as the firm was working for banking sectors over all experience was excellent apart from career growth.

There was no career growth no salary increment work pressure was v high month ends would work over time no OT was given and there was no job security.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. The company consistently fails to pay salaries on time, and job security is nonexistent. The work culture is toxic, with a poor environment that makes it difficult to focus. To make matters worse, the management's behavior towards employees is unacceptable. Even basic amenities like tea or coffee are not provided, and taking a break is not allowed. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
