... after 25th of every months . Force employees to spend their own money in site. Steal PF from employees and does not provide PF salary slip. Making financial circumstances so that employee can not leave the company and also don't get the paid for long . Any time one month salary pending . Doesn't follow SOP and promises given in offer letter. Force employees to work below minimum wages. No team management. Worst behaviour by Kaushik Das as he Owns the company. Every ex Employee had hot recieved any PF till now . Ask to work without any training leading to false testing misusing NABL certification. Hires any 12th pass person and make them work on site by making fake experience in Mining field. Illegal activity.

Worked under great supervision. Top management is highly talented. Freedom to do work as per our own will. Great learning opportunity as work is multidimensional and challenging at every step.

Deadlines. Sometimes hectic work.

It is company where you have all the freedom to plan and execute your work irrespective of your experience. I joined as Fresher yet within 2 months I was given independent charge to manage a territory with absolute freedom.

Strict on Documentation. Not a place for Lazy people.

The company has made many changes in the payment policies for it's employees There have been many challenging jobs we had executed during my tenure We had many allowances provided during the times we are at sites to ensure our safety and hygiene. We are provided with good accommodation at hotels while we are out of station for sites.

Very strict with documentation work and requires daily reporting to be done

Challenging tasks can be done...and I like it.we go through the in depth work of several places like mines,industries,factories,powerplants etc..around the world.

Salaries will not be given in intime
