Nothing to like in this organisation after giving your full time to think about growth of the company you will get stress and involve yourself in politics.

Dislikes

Worked here for more than one and half years as restaurant manager. Got mail to leave the job because of curtulment as they can't pay salary in off season. Giving reason that you don't work for promotion for business. They don't have marketing team. As restaurant manager you have to work for Business promotion. Then after mailing them the brief of what increament in buisness I have given during my working time they don't have answer to reply. So join the organisation at your own risk. They have no policies. They create there policy upon the situation.

Quite complicated work culture. No base HR SOP , they can change their policies as they feel. Work Hierarchy missing. The self life of HR and accountants is hardly 3 months. So accordingly the job life for others can be calculated.

Good work environment and culture.management is good .company policies are average.salary hike and bonus every year

Politics and management doesn't address our issues.there is a one years before which you can't resign.ya new joinees.

was good, because I had learnt new area like How to prepare tender documents and how to submit tenders online , this was a great experience for me.

30 Days working was tedious, working environment was not good.
