Never pay salary. Work culture is not very good. Especially colleagues are not supportive they are mostly intrested in gossiping about people lower chances of growth. You’ll not even get tea or coffee during worktime

unsupported company, he not give my 3 month salary and m file FIR on this company, High court issue a notic to this company but still company not give any answer. and when i join till last date company not provide me offer letter.

...n dislike list. Here I have listed some out of many. Kalrashukla Panvel branch. Doesn't pay payment on time. It will take 3 to 6 months sometimes a year to get your payment. No balance in work and life. They use their professor to the extremist and no growth at all. Your expertise skill will not be paid off. You will remain full time labour of them. There is lot more chances are there you will be thrown out of the team without any reason. Whole and sole decisions based on the mood of senior member and main chairperson.

Kalrashukla was a horrible experience of my life. He didn't give my last 3 month salary. He is a biggest thief...!! And even same behavior with my colleagues they also didn't received the salary from last 3 month. It's all done in jaipur center

Kalra Shukla Classes offer a competetive salary as well as the freedom of innovation to the Teachers. Teachers can apply their ideas while teaching. The non-teaching staff is quite supportive.

Before I joined Kalra Shukla Classes, it was like the most wanted job for me but the things changed soon after I joined the organisation. The management is horrible. There is no coordination between the centre head and the other employees. No job security at all. You cant even realize when and why you are out of the organization. The Respected founders don’t even know that the Teachers they approved for their classes based on their qualifications and demo sessions are fired for no reason. Everything is just based on some internal politics which one can never understand. Students are being given so much freedom that they dont even respect their teachers. Anyways ,, I wish good luck to the employees.
