Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

...isha Wilfred doesn't know how to run project, yet not complete a single project. hHe doing only politics, and he joined his relative like friends and they getting higher salary without doing a single work, throughout the year and best increments also.

Management rules and working culture, Nothing to personal life yearly morning 7 o clock go to site and late night came to site office and delayed the contractor payment, Timely not giving you materials and manpower at site, Without materials and manpower management find out work progress. Only management thinking delayed the project but management says to manager don’t perform well then it’s happening. Very poor long time waiting for PR and PO for materials purchased. They are so many dent on management rules.
