Salary scale is very low, site working culture depend on PM and on maximum sites especially for pipeline works PM or, RCM are unqualified. Only God running this company and booking profit by luck only.

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

No young crowd 0 for work life balance Sandwich leave policy Leaves and Early leaves problem No appreciation & recognition for work They target competitors who has open & good culture, benefits and perks. Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

If your designation is below deputy manager, then company gives ticket after 2 years for travelling to India. 7. HR department is very slow.
