Accommodations, food and transport for people working at sites are provided by the company. Company is well structured and organized. They have different system and policies designed and work according to them only.

...re kept pending at higher level for long time which suffer work at site level. System is very complex and lengthy, it is goof to control the project but to run that system they always try to find low salary employees who does not have that much skills to work in such a systematic environment. they do not focus to retain their old employees, instead of providing them a good hike they always prefer a new option.

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

If your designation is below deputy manager, then company gives ticket after 2 years for travelling to India. 7. HR department is very slow.
