organization policies on paper only, it varies upon project incharge and BU head. if you want to sustain here, keep putting buckets to seniors. Safety culture also depend upon site incharge and safety BU head. The divisional head of safety always support his language persons only and he targets those who are working well and simply gives the torture. planning department works as copy paste stores personals act as their own stores procurements department procure materials as per their requirement and quality not as per original requirement. Quality department supply the concrete, no concern of work quality. projects IN charge acceptations much about his personal work over than project work from employ. And last , not least. HR department...... the promotion system here, auto promotion !!!!! no other organization follows !!! If you enter here as Engineer your will become Sr.GM within 20 years. !!!! The HR Divisional Heads here are like rubber stamp, for junior employees he gives well options by giving hutment to stay and subsidized hyenic food( as company says).

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

No work life balance (have to work more than 12-13 hours daily specially at site). I wonder whether HR teams noticed this or not.Toxic culture. Planning (PMG) department is overburdened with all the work without any extra benifits, maybe that's why attrition rate is very high. Not good work culture. Good exposure but at a very fast pace, so employees with get mad and high stress job specially for PMG dept. No non veg food allowed in site or office. No recreational activities for employees. Employees are asked to work even on sundays unofficially. No structure.. meetings are scheduled whenever the management feels, even after work hours , and will ask to submit the datas by EOD. Does not value employees time. Very bad behaviour even in professional meetings, like shaming employees, getting shouted , using of very foul languages in meetings etc. No proper training given for MTs and GETs

Avoiding employee opinion when taking decision about any issue related to employee. Management wants employee who can buttering nicely instead their work with dedication. Transparency missing in Appraisal cycle, Only PM review matters nothing like transparent or review based on work done, Causing many time PM degrading the rating for his personal intention. And even employee can lost their job, And no body will listen upto top management.
