This organization is very good for employees. Management is good, on time salary, Acomodation is good,skill development , teambuilding is good. I am very very satisfied working with this organization.

Good work environment and staffs are supportive and the management is transparent. They give salary on the first day of month.

Growth is not up to the mark, and staff accommodation facility is not so good , no gaming arcade for chilling.

... day working. Senior Manager are not cooperative giving everyday work pressure. Even sometimes site materials have to purchase by our own salary amount. But at the time of claim site expense they not pay anything. No job security and respect to the employees by senior management.so friends don't join such type of company who do not understand you and your problem.

Senior managers not cooperating, no respect for the site employees, HR policy is worst, long working hours and no yearly increment.

The organisation is very much punctual in implementing something or in salary specially. If one is interested in transmission line then it can provide you opportunity for career growth and a decent salary. Also, they don't impose much burden on individual. You can get time for your personal life.

Dislikes

The work culture is not positive. Also being from a engineering background, skill development and training isn't satisfactory. Your managing skills will matter more than your knowledge.
