The company gives annual bonus in diwali as full 1 month salary for employees who worked for 1 year or more in company and for employees who completed less than 1 year in diwali will get half one month salary as the bonus. The company gives dinner money if you have worked till night. This company does not cut your salary if you take 5-10 holidays in a month due to some emergency or problems.

Dislikes

The company on site working hours are long under the name of flexible hours. There is no overtime for site engineers & staff. The company has most of the time toxic and shouting work culture. The company does not provide travelling money. The company is always in rush of completing the site projects as fast as possible ignoring the quality of work. The company sites are open all week you can expect really low holidays due to opening of the sites all week the site engineer & staff also have to present in Sunday also. The company allows holiday but if you are taking repeated sunday off the project manager will never going to like it. There is no work life balance in this company the company shows site working hours as 9 am to 6 pm but as a site engineer sometimes you have to work at 9 pm to 10 pm. The company staff also pressure the engineer for completing some work in one day that is no importance of completing in one day.
