There is advetisment of 5 seats for SR ... Where there should be for at least 12 Now imagine ...doing an emergency duty 8 to 10 duties in a month U can't take leave ...only u can exchange it U have to see icu pts on 2 nd floor where u r doing your sitting duty ... And at the same time do emergency or which is on ground floor...and at the same time see emergency intubation in the emergency of the hospital
