Such a Cheap Company. They eat money of employees. They force female employees and harass them. Managers are shit, Biggest liar, they will eat your money, they will say bad words about females. They talk shit about females. They talk about females character. Managers will promise you to pay money for your hard work but they will never pay you. They will eat it.

...re sales culture, they have a hiring firing policy and they follow that blindly. Salary is always on time, HR policies are also good. They did not give even pne chance during covid 19 they had fired so many of their employees which is disgracefull . They hire new candidates and fire their reliable and old employees who knows in and out of the process.

I was asked to leave the other day of asking why they did not have any POSH like guidelines for safeguarding men against se*ual harassment. And the reason my manager's manager's manager gave was that I had used the word filmy in a communication, when it is a media company! Incidentally, she was in the same POSH meeting in which I had raised the concern. In fact, that person (a female) had been making me uncomfortable in video meetings while telegraphing awkward and suggestive body language for a long time. Her name finds place in my offer letter as well. They threatened me not to post anywhere but now I have mustered some semblance of courage after months of fear, depression and self-doubt and humiliation. The day of resigning, I got a phone call from two of their employees from an entirely different department. In a single call, two persons were there, with one making comments from a certain distance from the phone seemingly in order to play safe. They were almost catcalling me using phrases such as "apna hathiyar bhejdo" while referring to the company laptop. Surprisingly one of them claimed he was from the anti se*ual harassment team/committee or so of the company.
