micromanagement uncertain business model, the company has been there for 15 ys but hasn't grown a inch. biassed world environment, most managers are owner's relatives & they're over employees like hounds. They'll exploit and abuse employees as they will & no one to oppose them. Female employees are at the mercy of Owner's relatives. Male employees are hurled abuses unless they favour them relatives

The only benefit is that it is following hybrid mode of working.

Dislikes

There is no growth and appreciation from higher management. All they want is to slog for hours, log in time us there but no log out time. And no culture of having lunch or tea breaks. Even taking 1 leave a month for genuine reasons raises eyebrows. Bad work culture.

No job security, conservative management with full attitude, negative environment always, always pressurising, no cafeteria, worst work place, just scamming people overseas and probably this is the reason why they removed feedback section from their website
