Hitler policy, no growth either salary or position. Management only likes the people who are good at oiling the seniors. Like if senior say this is a dog then u have to say yes it is a dog , chahe wo cow hi kyun na ho ,only that kid of people grows well in this company.

You will get Salary on time i.e. 7 to 12 of succeding month. No work pressure. Job security. Good Hospitality.

Dislikes

No on the job training. Rigid work. Heavy office politics. No raise and promotion. Low salary. No work life balance at all. 12 hour work time and no Holiday. HR dept. behave like boss and treat like Servant to every one. Buttering will get promotion and appraisal every time If you do not want to work come join: only you to do is buttering your senior.

...rge. If you your father or family have some references then you get something. There is no leave policy in company, if you have taken available leave they made deduction from your salary . They forced you to work 12 hour a day and 7 days of a week. I am losing my skills which I have before joining. Company Management have no confidence on his own employees

➢ Electrical maintenance of Iron Mines and Iron Crushing Plant equipment like Belt conveyer line, Apron fdr, Vibrating fdr, Vibrating screen, Grizzly fdr, Jaw crusher, Cone crusher etc. ➢ PLC System and control panel unit wiring. ➢ VFD Programming & Commissioning. ➢ Maintenance of electrical equipment’s Mcc and Pcc. ➢ Also mechanical maintenance of these above equipments. ➢ Knowledge of computer Hardware and basic Software with Networking work.

I am getting less salary and I need good facility.
