NO proper company timing 7.30 Am to 8.15 PM lot of issue with salary Bus facility Deduction from Employs salary worst canteen facility (NO canteen)

What I appreciate most as working at my company is strong emphasis and collaboration and teamwork, where everyone is supportive and willing to share konwledge creating positive and productive work environment .

Dislikes

While generally satisfied with role one aspect that could be improved occasionally lack of clear communication between departments.which sometimes leads to delays projects and unnecessary back and forth to clanify details.

Likes

Kaliberr is a very good company with amazing management. I have never ever seen management like this is my whole carrier, they are best in problem solving, ultimate humanity. and being a new venture, they want to make some different landmark in pharmaceutical industry. Ultimate culture, nice facilities, very nice staff here. truely speaking, they all are very much supportive. if you will get the chance to join this family, no needs to ask with anyone just join and enjoy a very nice system.
