I suggest every one please don't join this rubbish company.It has zero work culture. Higher authority give excessive pressure in work environment. employees doesn't have personal life even one one employee work more then 24 hour.if i would like to explain the management in word then worst is a also a good word fir them .They are less the worst. They didn't give value for your ability and work responsibility.I made a biggest mistake in my life to join such type of worst company.So write this review to aware of others.

There is no likes on this organization all are dislike,no encouragement, no support during crisis situation from superiors it is not ending problem plant

For right candidate who would like to go for long inning can really enjoy the environment with great scope for learning and growing. The top management encourage to experience new things and allow to take initiatives.

Implementation of safety is not upto the mark. Lot of local employment opportunities to the local unskilled labour as it takes more and tough task to get the word done and bring accuracy in the process..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.
