No one is working professional way,No promotion,no Increment,No one is going to appreciate your work,work place is bad ,I personally don't recommend to work with them. Director is not listening your problem or any excuse,he only listen those people who is only doing buttering.

Kalawati enterprises is working as a multinational company which is known as p&g all over the world, therefore it is a brand company

Firstly, we work on third party p&g and we do not get money according to the work, no pf and no esi thing is deducted

Nobody should work there. They work like baniya and lala. Anytime onboard and any time fire to anyone. They keep all hard earn money of employee. KEPL Patna is Cheating to their Bihar Customers and their employees also.

No culture No system Director confused always. He never obey or respect his own words They give chance to only fraud employees like if any employee cheat them then they don't remove that employees they keep them in their company till they don't recover their loss amount from that employees

Sales person grnth very high. My sales manager is very co operative any other staff. Hr policy very important. I like Hr manager.

Dislikes

The work presure is very high. I have work more than 12 hours & vehicle driver call pick mid night or before 3 to 4 am. My manager not support even all work done by me .
