Depends upon the VC With the old VC (prior to Dec 2018) there were no cons. 1. Prompt salary 2. Alternate Sat off 3. Flexibility at work 4. 20K for publishing papers with IF 4 and above. Less than 20K for lower IF. 5. Getting a funded project meant promotion and lowering the work load. 6. Paid Vacation holidays. 7. Paid Sabaaticals. and etc..

Dislikes

The new VC (2018 fall of) wantedly tortured the faculty. Those who withstood the torture were allowed to continue and the others were sacked. It was like Hitler's policy.

SOC dean deepalakshmi is lady hitler such a rude woman and she ruined many of good faculties life but still she is surviving where the management never bother about this woman. She tortured many good faculties and made them to send out either by themselves or fired by management. She don't have any knowledge and administrative skill but she portrays to management she is best. She pretend management always. Her way of talking is like mason, sweeper etc such an irritating accent. She treats everyone like slave. She is biggest sombu in this university.

Management is ok. I like the management as well as facilities where provided to the students/staff by the management.

Dislikes

I don't like the Service of Directors campus residential as well as Deputy directors . All these people try to playing democracy against the management. One thing is clear there is no value for sincerity.

I did my Phd under R. Murugeswari cse dept. It's been horrible days that much she tortured me and procrastinated in completion of my Phd. I completed my publication on November 2022 itself but I completed my viva September 2023.Even before my publication I completed thesis report and synopsis report still purposefully tortured me that I should not complete. She purposely made me to travel for presynopsis PPT correction around 5 days to KARE from coimbatore, synopsis 5 days, thesis submission 5 days.. In the world no phd supervisor will do like for ppt correction and I tolerated everything after phd ppt correction I requested her to conduct the same but she said that she is not interested to conduct. She didn't know how to correct ppt also. She never contributed anything in my research work. Literally she don't know my Phd title also. Just she exploited my Phd publication work without doing anything. She don't have communication skill and technical skill... She is the best horse rider where she will ride in others knowledge and get all benefits. Bcz of her purposeful delay I paid synopsis fine and extra one sem fees even Proper work done by mine. She never pick calls even I called her and directly meet means she will make me to stand outside of her cabin for 1 to 3 hours and use abusive words mostly. My humble request to others don't do phd under her. She shown me hell life I started my Phd in 2017 and completed in 2023. Myself alone did all work from start to end. she even didn't tell the procedure for presynopsis, synopsis and thesis submission, viva. Suppose if we asked the procedure from others she started to shout.. She also not tell at the same time I should not ask others. She is lady Hitler. Bcz of R. Murugeswari my total Career spoiled if I taken other guide means I may completed my Phd within four years. Whatever previlage she is receiving From Kalasalingam university management bcz of others work not by her work. I already mentioned that she is best horse rider in the world. She received one fund that also I only helped to meet that concerned person. She is just ridiculous women and all negativity. She ruined my entire career.. I also worked as AP in cse dept and left my job from KARE bcz she is the main reason that much torture she given me. I have to share one thing that she never shared circular of presynopsis, synopsis, internal Drc and viva notification. None of the guide do like her I want to share one incident that I received comments from Indian and foreign examiner that also she not shared to me. I called her and asked what is the comment I received with full of fear at that time she said that I will not share to you. I was literally crying to her in phone but she said I m not interested to share u. By God's grace I received highly commendable from both examiners and she is not ready to conduct my Internal DRC after receiving good comments. She purposely delayed how much she can. Anyhow God is there whatever she did to me she will get more than my pain.

No Salary Increment No Promotion Heavy politics Especially in ECE Department. One Lady Hitler is there, her name is Dr. M. Kalpana, She doesn't know anything. She doesn't have technical, communication skills. She exactly looks like a Sweeper. But her attitude is like a God, she never gives respect to any faculty or students. She is the Women's empowerment cell coordinator. but she doesn't have any one character for women. I had never, ever seen such a worst lady in the World. And one more faculty, Dr. P. Sivakumar. He is the HoD of the ECE Department. Because of him, many faculty were suffered. He supports only his scholars. He knows only internal politics and he played many faculties life.
