I feel, Directors are great humans with too good mentality and soft corner towards all people. I personally respect the management more and that is the only reason that made me work here for 9 months without getting paid properly.

Dislikes

Salary Delays, Role Changing over night and hectic work without sufficient subordinates and work support from management due to financial issues.

I like the working location. Job security is not secured it happens in all private company. Management need some improvement. Policies are like other organisation.

Dislikes

I dislike bills clearance policy. Salary increment is zero. Also, There should be proper management for each of the project.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
