...any is communication , Document and Knowledge about all civil works we can gain. Salary hike and growth , travel ,diwali bonus , level all is good.

Job security is too less. Work -life balance is also so undulate and in politics of higher level is also too much. Mainly job satisfaction is getting decrease due to above problem.

No positive.. Company can shut any time as the company has no projects. No other income. Job security is NIL and increment are negligible very less.. No learnings. Poor Management
