...hallenging working culture. Company provide package but you need guts to demand. Salary and other benefits are there like canteen, transportation but if you join be prepare for hard work.

I don't like policy of company they don't value trained manpower and skilled staff if they care this point company can grow more than now.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Team mates & senior person are good your job security is ok , other facilities like canteen & traveling is good . You will improve your documention & mailing skill if you are in marketing when you send offer you will be improved your communication skill with client because it's export oriented Unit .

Growth is low , salary is low , your learning ability will be down after joining .

As a systematic work company is good. One can learn new things new developed kaizen etc.

Dislikes

Bad at management side. And salary increment is not much. One will get half of CTC on hand. So we can say " big name flop show"
