Salary was good for fresher Work timing is also good but you need to work on Saturday also

Company management is worst No job security Office politics is worst Fresher are not trained well Support from team member is less If you are fresher prefer other companies over this company, there is no growth in this company. And recruitment timing is above 2 months which is very frustrating process.

...gement) 3) No perks and benefits, you will reap the benefits after year or so. 4) Salary slips provided won't be accepted by banks for loan or even credit card, if you are on the international payroll. Good place to start your career if you don't have any option. All the mentioned points are facts and not my personal view points. Experience might vary person to person.

Getting exposure to different industry if those old women let you go

Dislikes

I almost dislike everythinh there specially the two women . The one with chopped hair thinks herself as queen of the company but she actually no less than a peon with bad english also and zero technical knowledge and the other one she is really stupid

Kaizen Institute - Indian Division has been only focusing on Financial benefits. does not think of or offer Growth opportunities. the present Indian management lack vision and too self centered.
