Starting salary is un affordable when joining as fresher bt taking it as stipend for learning its good and affordable

There is actually nothing to like the don't even provide a offer letter to the employees i forced them to give mine you always have to be on calls with a 3rd class system and the worst management team the work station is like a store room where you have to sit for 9 hrs or more few people faint when the come for the interview itself.

There is a management team is the worst they always credit salaries when ever they feel like plus that it's not full the employees keep on changing in the management team and overall they don't even value the employees. The manager for customer support process itself works only for 2 hrs and he works at some other calling process! Plus when you want to leave the organization you don't get any experience letter! Trust me if you ever feel like joining this company you don't the back end team is the worst you don't even know what are you working for and they expect us to know with out even training!
