Salary will be less. Since I was a Gandhi fellow, I was getting stipends. But for the employees, a manageable salary will be provided. By comparing social sector, this salary is an average one.

Working culture is good & has most the culture to imbibe for others as well

The appraisal system at the end is decided by the favoritism plus the show off rather than the actual work on the ground .I can say work is pure non profit but appraisal system is corporate type with lot of changes needed to be done

Do not apply in account and finance team in any position in any location. if whatever offer you get but do not apply....some cheap level politics using here. Other departments are very much safe and ok for work..

kaivalya education foundation is very good organization. Provides useful activities for students. It also empowers the needy women by giving them work.

Kaivalya Education Foundation is not a fellowship of two years but we should get an opportunity to work in it further but that fellowship is of two years. The duration of this fellowship should be extended.
