One who has got the post should use it accordingly. And if he refuses to do any other work then any complaint against him should not be accepted by the HOD but the complaint should be made against the one who did the other work. An employee can work in a better manner according to his post and can get promotion.

Nothing to like in kailash. Only good thing that it has all superspecialities with 24hrs lab and radiology facilities.

Dislikes

Too much of dirty politics, untrained staff(nurses,managers,wardboys), discriminated and poor salaries, administrators and management interfere in every single patient. No scope of professional growth. Staff isnt supportive, has low IQ, with lack of manners.

This organization is good and flexible for work but here senior officer not support for future carrier according to qualifications of employees.

This organization is not support good salary or growth in future. And seniors are not understand different to senior and junior.

Nothing really, very backward primitive management

They don't give contract on joining inspite of repeated requests to the hr and when they do after a few years they change the conditions,no work ethic at all,there is no increament or appraisal, timings are odd and is sort of like a personal hospital of the director,not a corporate hospital
