...he existing manpower, even they do not want to know why the employee is leaving. The replacement of of employee has been done by double salary of previous employee yet new employee left the organisation within 6 months. There is also discrimination in many ways such as: Accounts department works only 8 hrs while others works 9 hrs. There is very strict timing schedule, if get late by a second (09:00:01) you will be penalized by 25% of salary deduction for same day. The senior and old staff meet the higher authority and get their penalty waived, while junior and old staff whose salary is much less, we have have penalized.

Zero Employees value, Zero benefits, No medical insurance, No Tea for staffs, Duty In time fixed but Out time not fixed. On 4th time late even 2 mint. HR deducted Salary it's mean any how reach before time

If a candidate is looking for salary growth and learning opportunities then this company is not a suitable place. Though if one could get a position with/in the owner's office, then there are chances that the candidate could get a good pay-hike after poking the owner multiple times. Job satisfaction depends on person to person and how they develop or make their personal relations with the other staff.

Better work environment, culture and policies etc but the most important thing is that I feel familer environment and comfortable for me and any other female staff also.
