Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

You can 24 hours a day

Dislikes

...eave allowed. No CL, No leave for May 1. No other government leave permitted. Initial 3 years you will get Cash salary only. No benefits of PF and ESI. If any accident occurred and one of your leg broken during your official journey, you can get easy leave. But never company pay for you.

This is not good company they don't respect any employees working in it, new worker don't trust this company ,if you join get cheated there will be no job security

Dislikes

Upper management support corrupt activities if we tell co worker about corruption with evidence,they will not take any action , yearly two days only leave allowed,there is no personal leave , very very worst employee policy inthis company

Nothing best in the company. Worst GM, MD, HR team. Gm is not use simply waste.
