I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Salary time is not stable, If salry time is 10, Company give on salary after 15 and 16 of the month.... In lockdown, company pay 50% and after lockdown give only 60% of salary...with 1 year agreement.... No Incentive given by company....

Company makes really good products

Dislikes

The company lacks any systematic structure, which significantly hampers its effectiveness. Upon joining, employees receive no training, leaving them ill-prepared to tackle their roles. I worked for 4 brands in my 13 years of sales experience, the worst company to work. I don't recommend kaff to my enemy also. Hr people are uneducated, Their mind runs how to sac peoples. Brand is not working on their weakness. Brand acceptance is very low. All the employees slowly slowly left this company. Very insure job. The best part they are not doing full and final of employees, many such cases are pending. If they want they can sac people, if someone want to move on (Resign) they harsh and don't except resignation.
