The treatment of employees is far from great. There are no clear policies or processes, and they sometimes don't pay the vendors for their work intentionally. Attrition is the norm here. Every few months they let go of the old team and bring in new people just to take advantage of them. They will spend crores in the name of reckless experiments, but when its time to pay employees, they will find excuses to cut your salary or impose leave without pay. It has a potential to generate more revenues than their existing business. Labor department seems to turn a blind eye to all this.
Most of our schools are not properly affiliated, yet they charge the fee equivalent to top notch CBSE schools. They academic and content team are not up to par, and the Principals don't seem to know what they are doing.
They also own a strange company that sells uniform, books etc. to Orchids/trust. And the trusts that run the schools? Only god knows.
As for working conditions, there is no parking, and the office is in a converted warehouse at the outskirts of the Bangalore. Forget about finding good food nearby. Meanwhile, the top brass enjoys all the comforts while making life miserable for the rest of us.
If auditors ever decide to take closer look at our financial books, they would find all sorts of irregularities. The management indulges themselves with fancy gadgets, expensive cars, free housing, and company credit cards. It's like they don't spend a dime of their own money.
This company's antics are a lot like what we have seen with Byju's. They don't just fool their employees, they also trick their customer and investors. I used to have a good opinion of Sequoia, a big investment company. But it turns out they are just as clueless as the rest of us. They either don't see the problems or waiting for an IPO, as they can sell it to the retail investors who don't know what they are getting into.
And lets not forget that most of the blame for this mess goes to those two leaders at the top. If they were replaced, this company could actually do well in the education sector. But until that happens, its like a never-ending circus of chaos and nonsense.
So if you are still thinking about joining this place, I understand your situation. But my advice is to steer clear. You will likely end up spending more on stress relief or losing your peace of mind. The choice is yours, but consider yourself warned.

...o don't have any knowledge. There was always communication gap between the team. I would say even if someone receives a good package don't join it'll disturb your mental peace.
How come a company running the school is this much shitshow.
1. I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless.
2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months.
3. For Fresher worst place to start as other company do not understand why you are switching so fast. this company will remove you in 3-4 months max or make you live in hell. if someone died due to work pressure in EY , Please try this company you might end up in the same graveyard in which they build the school
...ty. Travel in city. Higher authority saying that company doing a cost of cuting. They also have a very good salary. This company make a fool. They hire in bulk and again fired also.
Work more, get paid more. At K12 your basic salary is secure but you can earn a lot more with extra hard work. Even the base salary is more competitive than the industry standards. Pretty much every fresher wants to work here when they see the salary difference. I was under Moumita Ganguly who is the academic manager, she taught a need of your client rather do sales. And it did wonders in my career.
