NEVER EVER JOIN HERE, no job security hire and fire policy salary no on time they can mark absent if they want at anytime, even id u sent login/logout email they never consider requirement allocation partiality u need to work morethan 10hrs (meeting will start 6.30 pm itself, EOD meeting will start 4.30 am) management wont respond ur needs their official language is Hindi , if u dnt know hindi never ever join here toxic job environment, call recording, no matter if u call 100+ people in a day still they can blame u When i worked there i know they terminated people like morethan 40+recruiters sameday,

Ktek has very toxic work environment. Management is confused what they want to achieve. Company's HR and leave policy is draconian. No leave in first six months!! Are you kidding me!!! Are you running a company of professionals or factory workers!! They don't have enough clients and requirements and they are just hiring resources to fire them. You are actually not hiring employees to grow them or to provide them career opportunities but you are actually spoiling young generation career by giving them toxic work culture, treating them as garbage and eventually terminating them without any fault
