Typical Gujrati/Marwadi LALLA company. No competitive salary No PF No Gratuity No Medical No Salary on time (Salary between 10th to 17th date every month) No Cafeteria (employees has to eat on same place where he/she work on same table) No Outing No Salary growth yearly. No Diwali bonus. Females are ask not to get pregnant for min 1 year after joining. Except above every thing is good in company.
