Its Management and Work culture are in alignment with the work policies for an employee. Basically the company works for railway projects in Urban and sub urban limits of Bangalore city, Karnataka, India. My role is to monitor the works which are in progress at site level. My roles requires frequent travel and I love my job as per my preference. I am hired on a contractual basis and most of them are aware the conditions for working on contractual basis.

Dislikes

...need to balance the work loads based on the priority of the task assigned to us. We are on to contractual basis and salary hike is predefined and it depends on the recognition of the person whether he is eligible for promotion from his Peers, being a contractual employee we are not entitled for certain benefits at par with the regular employees. All the policies are in alignment with the rules laid by the government and its associated board members. Its been a year till date I haven't been for any kind of training relevant to my profession. Expecting more things to happen in the near future.
