1. No actual work as mentioned in JD 2. You will working with seo agency hired by company what type of logic the management have don't know by hiring SEO guys and wasting skill of experience people. 3. Direct involvement of directors who doesnt have any knowledge on digital marketing background and they will not care of what opinion you are sharing so think about it they would only chant the mala of SEO agency who will do only kacrah work with no life time website performance guarantee both technically and non technically. 4. No job security feeling so be ready anytime you will be sack out directly by director decision as HR and other management are helpless and direction less to support you.

No appraisal and no appreciation for work done. Sandeep Raheja is a terrible boss he fires anybody and everybody for telling the truth and being honest.

It's really nice working with K. Raheja construction. Our senior's are very co-operative. Mr. Sandeep and Mrs. Durga Raheja are very competitive in handling such a huge staff.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics when a new person enters. Especially Me Gurjeet Singh working at Mount Mary makes the new staff always discouraging them. But Mr. Sandeep and Mrs. Durga Raheja and the whole staff at head and other places are very co-operative
