...e Work culture- Project management don't have eye they believe what the here. Deduct salary on weekend leave ( Sunday) even after working 12 hr daily Take permission for weekend leave (Sunday) Project manager do not intract to new employee to existing staff and never tell what your responsibility. Staff act as goon for new employees At every step they give challenge to quality of work. Very bad working environment and mentality of Staff. No festival leave no appreciation.

Team work in this construction is pretty good...My Sincere thanks to MR. THANIKASALAM who is MD of this construction,gave me this opportunity to become CIVIL ENGINEER....
