No hike even after 1 year and no seniors to add value to you. So don’t join KGS in beginning of your career.

...y knowledge 8 ex -employee are not get there full and final from last 6months. I am also not receive my September 2022 salary yet, i left jobs now. Mangement is very bad, selfish, demotivated, Blaming, etc. In my 13 year career I never saw that type of co.

Micromanagement is not there so it is good in that aspect.

...icies are not there. Basic HR policies are not there. There is no Accounts team. Employee didn't even get their salary slips on monthly basis. Very pathetically organised firm. In India there is a bad work culture in almost all the Indian CA firms. Employees are not treated well. They want big clients for business but they don't give facilities to their employees. Overall experienc is bad.

Nothing. It is just another mediocre form in Delhi NCR, however one can get a little better experience in their Audit team.

Nothing specific. Same as above. If u have so many expectations from this firm u r a little delusional. It is an average firm, with average learning so u one should search for better opportunities.

No appraisals and these people dont even clear your conveyance. Not diversified learning and hectic work schedules. No proper policy for leave. Have to reach out to Partners for taking leave/s.No proper team is allotted on assignments due to shortage of manpower.
